At Tatsavya Luxe, every product is handcrafted after your order is placed. We don’t manufacture in bulk or ship products from a warehouse shelf. Each piece is thoughtfully created by skilled artisans and, in many cases, customized to your preferred colour, size, or finish.Because every order is made especially for you, production takes time but it also ensures that the piece you receive is uniquely yours.

Production Time

As all our products are handcrafted to order, production begins only after your order has been confirmed.

Estimated Production Time

•Standard handcrafted products: 7–15 business days

•Customized products may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design.

If your order requires any additional production time, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your product has completed production and passed our quality inspection, it will be carefully packed and dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Time

•Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

•Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

•Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier operations, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Modifications

As every product is handcrafted specifically for your order, any changes to:

•Colour

•Size

•Personalization

•Delivery Address

•Product Details

must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once production has started, modifications may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of successful order placement.After production has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the product is being handcrafted specifically for you

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹1,999.

•Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur shipping charges, which are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Every photograph displayed on our website features actual Tatsavya Luxe products.We do not use AI-generated product visuals or digital mockups to represent our collections.While every effort is made to accurately capture colours, textures, and materials, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and the handmade nature of our products.Decorative accessories shown in product photographs including plants, pots, books, cushions, or other styling items are for presentation purposes only unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

Quality Inspection

Before dispatch, every product undergoes a careful quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, finishing, structural integrity, and packaging.

Installation

Most Tatsavya Luxe products are designed for straightforward home installation.Installation guidance, images, or videos are provided wherever applicable.For ceiling-mounted products including pendant lights, gym rings, baby swings, and hanging cradles we recommend installation by a qualified professional to ensure proper safety and support.Tatsavya Luxe is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable ceiling structures, misuse, or use beyond the recommended weight limits.

Weight & Safety Guidelines

Handwoven Macramé Baby Swing

•Recommended Age: 18 months – 4 years

•Maximum Recommended Weight: 35 kg

Adult supervision is required at all times.

Adjustable Wooden Gym Rings

• Recommended Age: 2 – 4 years

•Maximum Recommended Weight: 50 kg

Designed for supervised play.

Handwoven Hanging Baby Cradle

• Recommended Age: Birth – 24 months

•Maximum Recommended Weight: 20 kg

Always use under adult supervision.

Mirrors

Due to the fragile nature of mirrors and the additional care required during transportation, Macramé Mirrors are currently available only across Delhi NCR.This allows us to ensure safe delivery while maintaining our quality standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
