- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or personalized orders may require 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹1999.
- A standard shipping fee will be applied to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Packaging
Every product is carefully packed using secure and eco-friendly packaging materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
