REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Tatsavya Luxe, Every Piece is Made Especially for You
At Tatsavya Luxe, we do not manufacture products in bulk.Most of our collections are handcrafted only after your order is confirmed. Many products are personalized in colour, size, length, or design based on your preferences.For this reason, our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy is designed to protect both our customers and the craftsmanship behind every handmade creation.
Our Promise
We believe a fair policy should protect both our customers and the artisans who carefully handcraft every order.Every product is individually created, carefully inspected, and securely packed before it leaves our workshop.If something goes wrong from our side, we will always work towards a fair resolution.
Order Confirmation & Customisation
Before production begins, customers may request changes to:
Colour
Size
Length
Design
Delivery Address
Contact Number
These changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once production begins, modifications may not be possible.For customised orders, we may also share production photographs upon request before dispatch.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of successful order placement.In exceptional situations, cancellation requests may still be considered if raw materials have not yet been purchased and production has not started.Once production begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Returns
Because most Tatsavya Luxe products are handcrafted specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns in the following situations:
* Change of mind after purchase
* Colour preference changes after approval
* Ordered the wrong size
* Ordered the wrong colour
* Product no longer matches your interior
* Customer simply no longer wants the product
We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, measurements, and colour selections before confirming their order.
Handmade Variations
Every Tatsavya Luxe product is handcrafted individually.
Small variations in:
* Knot patterns
* Weaving
* Natural fibre texture
* Wood grain
* Natural colour tone
* Minor dimensions
we are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.These details make every piece unique
Colour Approval
For customised orders, we work closely with customers before production begins.Where applicable, colour references, samples, or production updates may be shared for approval.Once colours have been approved and production has started, colour changes or returns based on personal preference cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
We may offer a replacement or exchange in the following situations:
* Wrong colour shipped by Tatsavya Luxe
* Wrong size shipped by Tatsavya Luxe
* Manufacturing defect
* Product damaged during transit
Every request is carefully reviewed before approval.Depending on the nature of the issue, Tatsavya Luxe will determine the most appropriate resolution.Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.
Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects may include:
* Cracked wood
* Bent wooden components
* Significant colour mismatch from the approved design
* Major workmanship issues identified after delivery
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
* Natural wood grain variations
* Handmade weaving variations
* Cotton texture differences
* Slight colour differences due to natural materials or screen settings
* Minor dimensional variations
Damaged During Delivery
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate the issue, please provide:
* Order Number
* Clear photographs of the product
* Clear photographs of the packaging
* A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened
Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the packaging has been discarded may not be eligible for review.
Mirrors
Due to their fragile nature, Macramé Mirrors are currently available only within Delhi NCR.If a mirror is damaged during transit, we will review the claim and, where verified, arrange a refund.Damage caused during installation or after delivery is not covered.
Kids Collection – Safety
Our Kids Collection is designed for supervised use only.
Recommended limits:-

* Recommended Age: 18 months – 4 years
* Maximum Recommended Weight: 35 kg
Adjustable Wooden Gym Rings
* Recommended Age: 2 – 4 years
* Maximum Recommended Weight: 50 kg
Handwoven Hanging Baby Cradle
* Recommended Age: Birth – 24 months
* Maximum Recommended Weight: 20 kg
Products must always be installed securely.
Tatsavya Luxe is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from:
* Incorrect installation
* Use beyond recommended weight limits
* Product misuse
* Modifications made after delivery
Adult supervision is required whenever these products are in use.
Refunds
Refunds are considered only in situations where a replacement cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
Approved refunds may be issued for situations such as:
* Verified lost shipment
* Confirmed transit damage where replacement is not possible
* Other exceptional circumstances approved by Tatsavya Luxe
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.Refunds may be issued via:
* Original payment method
* Bank Transfer
* UPI
depending on the original transaction and customer preference.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries without a valid reason may be required to place future orders using prepaid payment methods.
Repairs
If a product can reasonably be repaired after use, Tatsavya Luxe may offer paid repair services, subject to product condition and material availability.Customers are responsible for shipping products to our workshop for inspection.Repair availability will be assessed individually.
Product Photography
Every image displayed on our website features actual Tatsavya Luxe products.
We do not use AI-generated product visuals or digital mockups to represent our collections.
Because every product is handcrafted and many are customised, slight variations may naturally occur.
Decorative accessories shown in photographs are for styling purposes only unless otherwise mentioned.
